Inspired by the dynamics, energy and boldness of Pop-art and Street-art I am painting the celebration of new life, a new era: spring/summer and the world reopening after Covid.
Like in all my other works I zoom in on details of aspects of nature. This time butterflies, flowers, my own skin; all vulnerable, powerful and sensual items. It is painted in 7-8 layers to create a bold, dynamic and diffuus world between abstract and reality. Like the phase we are in right now: jumping on a thin line between lockdown and freedom.
The work can be hang vertical or horizontal
